Lisa Kraus, LMP

Lisa KrausLisa Kraus is a Washington transplant who originally hails from Enterprise, Alabama. She and her husband, Bryan, and three children, Cecilia, Caroline, and Emmett moved to the area in 2012. Lisa is a graduate of Bodymechanics School of Myotherapy and Massage, has earned a Bachelor’s of Art from Huntingdon University in Montgomery, Alabama, and a Masters of Management from the University of Phoenix. Her training at Bodymechanics School of Myotherapy and Massage has prepared her to help people relieve the pain of injuries, stress, car accidents, body discomfort, and maintain great bodily health. Lisa practices sports massage, trigger point, deep tissue, and Swedish massage. She is also trained in injury treatment therapies that address such conditions as thoracic outlet syndrome, carpal tunnel syndrome, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow/golfers elbow, low back pain, and hip, knee, and foot pain. Lisa makes every effort to educate her clients about the benefits of massage therapy and how to continue to help themselves after their massage therapy session. Lisa is also involved in helping train the next generation of massage therapists, frequently teaching injury treatment at a local massage school.

Camille Goodale, LMP

In addition to being a Licensed Massage Therapist, Camille is also a knowledgeable Yoga Instructor and Personal Trainer. Her massage therapy work is highlighted by the knowledge she has for connection and movement in the body. She is able to utilize passive and assisted movement techniques during her treatments to reach those muscles! Camille is RockTape Certified for Taping and IASTM tool work. Being athletic herself, she's able to relate to the specific needs of our athlete population. 



Amy Murry LMP,CMT

Amy Murry LMP, CMT1996 Graduate of AVEDA Institute Massage Therapy and Day Spa and Massage Therapy program in Minneapolis, MN and a 1997 Graduate of Alexandar School of Natural Therapeutics of Tacoma, WA.  In December 2012 I completed my year long training with The Institute for Integrative Nutrition and joined the American Association for Drugless Practitioners as a Certified Health Coach. Over the past 20 years I've furthered my education in Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Nutrition, Structural Integration, Myofacial Release, Injury Treatment, Sports Massage, Infant and Prenatal Massage.

I am a Certified Massage Therapist with Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals and a Professional Member of American Massage Therapy Associates.
Additionally, I am a Member of USA Swimming Sports Science and Medicine Team, meeting annually for continuing swimming specific sports medicine education and networking. I’m an active member of the award winning AMTA Washington Sports Massage Team. I was accepted into The United States Olympic Committee Sports Medicine Volunteer Program and completed my initial rotation at The Colorado Springs Olympic Training Center in September 2013 and additional rotation in January 2016.

 I've had the honor of working with a wide range of athletes representing Team USA during training and in several world competitions. I travel with USA teams frequently throughout the year. I am on regular rotations with USA Wrestling, USA Swimming and USA Triathlon. 

2016 was a very special year! Not only my 20th year, I attended the summer XXXI Olympiad Games providing medical care for Team USA athletes in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil with the USOC.

Clearly, sports and fitness have a strong place in my life. I grew up competitively swimming club, cycling recreationally and continue to challenge my fitness in a variety of activities. I am also the parent of 3 very active sports kids. I've coached all levels of swimmers since 1999.  I'm a Coach Member of USA Swimming as well as an American Swimming Coaches Association Certified Coach.

I am a proud team captain annually of Bike MS, a benefit for The National Multiple Sclerosis Society and I participate in several charity athletic events annually. I run and train for distances of marathon to 5k's, compete in about 1 triathlon a year, swim a little open water and enjoy cycling the century distance rides.
